Before you start the Sunday Roast, it’s best to smash back a Sunday Cosmopolitan.
How To Make: Cosmopolitan
- 50ml of Vodka
- 25ml of Cointreau
- 25ml of freshly squeezed lime juice
- 25ml of cranberry juice
- Garnish with a lime peel roll
- Preferred glass would be a cocktail glass
Shake all the liquids with plenty of ice in a cocktail shaker. When the outside of the shaker is icy with frost, strain the contents into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish with a rolled lime peel.
