- 50ml of Rye Whisky
- 25ml of Sweet Vermouth
- A glug of Branca Menta
- Garnish with a vodka marinated cherry
- Garnish with a side of soda water
- Preferred glass would be a a cocktail coupe or martini glass
This drink is essentially a classic Manhattan, but with a dash of Branca Menta and a soda on the side. It should be served as the last drink of the night.
Stir all the spirits in a mixing glass and strain into an elegant glass. Decorate it with a cherry. Serve it with a side of sparkling soda water.
Make sure the customer drinks the water, and make sure they make it to the cab.
