Algonquin: rye, vermouth & pineapple

I’ve been to the Algonquin. Not the hotel, but the national park. How wonderful would that place be if you could drink this cocktail on the edge of a lake in that neck of the woods?

How To Make: Algonquin


  • 50ml of rye whiskey
  • A glug of dry vermouth
  • 35ml of pineapple juice
  • Garnish with a twist of orange peel
  • Preferred glass would be a cocktail glass

Shake everything with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
