@wearsmymoney decided to give me a shout-out today, so I thought I’d feature something stylish. It might not be her style, but maybe some of her followers might find it tasty.
It’s one for lovers of the Cosmopolitan, but with a bit of a caribbean twist (if you consider Malibu to be that way inclined).

How To Make: I Dream of Jeanie Martini
- 35ml of Malibu
- 25ml of Vodka
- 25ml of Cointreau
- 35ml of cranberry juice
- A glug of freshly squeezed lime juice
- Garnish with lemon rind spiral
- Preferred glass would be a cocktail glass
- A dash of
Stir the spirits and juices together with ice in a glass mixing jug (my recipe calls for a shake, but I like this one stirred). Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Use a citrus stripper to peel a rind of lemon, but do this over the glass so that the oils from the skin coat the surface of the drink. Twirl it into a spiral and drape the rind over the edge of the glass.
Add your favourite kitsch cocktail decorations.
