Fog Cutter


  • 50ml of Light Rum
  • 25ml of Brandy
  • 25ml of Gin
  • 50ml of Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice
  • 25ml of Freshly squeezed Lime Juice
  • A dash of Sirop de Orgeat (Almond Syrop)
  • A dash of Sweet Sherry
  • Preferred glass would be a Tiki Mug
  • Garnish with any tropical Tiki Ephemera

Mix everything apart from the Sherry into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake and strain into a tiki mug, and then float the sherry on top.

Decorate the glass to suit your mood.

Good for hangovers. Or beaches. Or both.
