- 50ml of Light Rum
- 25ml of Brandy
- 25ml of Gin
- 50ml of Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice
- 25ml of Freshly squeezed Lime Juice
- A dash of Sirop de Orgeat (Almond Syrop)
- A dash of Sweet Sherry
- Preferred glass would be a Tiki Mug
- Garnish with any tropical Tiki Ephemera
Mix everything apart from the Sherry into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake and strain into a tiki mug, and then float the sherry on top.
Decorate the glass to suit your mood.
Good for hangovers. Or beaches. Or both.
