- 25ml of Kirsch
- 50ml of Dry Vermouth
- A glug of Sirop de Fraise
- Garnish with a strawberry
- Preferred glass would be a frosted cocktail glass
It's kinda like a strawberry flavoured eau de vie martini. Kirsch is quite strong in flavour and aroma, so you use twice as much vermouth as the base spirit. A nifty inversion to the usual martini-style drink.
Stir the Kirsch, dry vermouth and the strawberry syrup with ice in a cocktail mixing jug. Strain into a frosted cocktail glass and pop a strawberry on the rim.
