If a Martini was dirty, made of rum, and someone spilt a popular Italian after-dinner digestif into it.
This one gives off quite a lemony aroma, I’m surprised the cat stuck around for this one.
How To Make: Golden Lillet Martini
- 50ml of golden or amber rum
- 35ml of Lillet
- A dash of limoncello
- Garnish with a lemon rind twist
- Preferred glass would be a cocktail glass
Shake everything with ice in a cocktail shaker. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish with a lemon rind twist, carved out over the drink so that the spritz coats the surface of the drink.
Served the colder, the better.
