Didn’t fancy a fussy cocktail, but wanted something different to my usual G&T standby.
I had a mini can of ginger ale and an intriguing dark rum. This was the obvious choice.
How To Make: Rum Cooler
- 50ml of dark rum
- Top with ginger ale
- Garnish with orange rind twist
- Preferred glass would be a highball
Stack the glass with ice and add the rum. If you're in the mood, add more rum. Top with ginger ale.
Garnish with a twist of orange rind and add a straw.
