When you go back to work after New Year, there is not one there, and not much to do.
Best reward is a lovely Gibson Gin Martini.
How To Make: Gibson
- 50ml of Fine Gin
- A dash of Dry Vermouth
- Garnish with cocktail onions on a stick
- Preferred glass would be a frosted Martini glass
Stir the gin and vermouth with ice in a cocktail mixing jug. Strain into a chilled Martini glass.
Garnish with cocktail onions, preferably on a bamboo stick.
Drink it fast while it's still frosty, preferably listening to Jazz music, and optimally in NYC with a guy named Angus Loten.
