A Saturday evening, while preparing a roast dinner, is perfect to kick off with a Gin Sour, and a White Lady is an ideal choice.
How To Make: White Lady
- 50ml of Gin
- 35ml of Triple Sec
- 25ml of freshly squeezed lemon juice
- A dash of egg white
- Garnish with a twist of lemon zest
- Preferred glass would be a cocktail glass or coupe
A White Lady is essentially a gin sour, and sours are one of my favourite cocktails.
It's pretty simple to make. Shake all the ingredients together with plenty of ice, and strain it into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon zest twist.
The egg white is optional, and adds a smoother texture to the drink, as well as a frothy head.
